1. Use of Platform

If you are a parent or legal guardian permitting a Minor (aged 13-17) to use the Platform, you agree to supervise and assume all risks and liabilities associated with the Minor’s use.

: You are responsible for providing complete, current, and accurate information when registering for a Platform Account. The Platform is intended for business or professional use. If you represent a business entity, the entity is the owner of the Platform Account.

: If using communication features of the Platform, you are responsible for compliance with laws such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.

Third Party Services

: The Platform may include access to third-party services, for which OTC Guru LLC is not responsible.

: Usage of any Third Party Content on the Platform is at your own risk and discretion.

: You are responsible for intellectual property concerns regarding customization of the Platform.

: OTC Guru LLC may require upgrades or take actions if your use of data is deemed excessive.

2. Cancellation Policy

3. Resale MAP Policy

: If authorized to resell access, comply with our Minimum Advertised Price Policy.

4. Payment

: All fees are subject to timely payment terms and are non-refundable.

: Participation is subject to approval and the Affiliate Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

: The Platform and content are property of OTC Guru LLC, except user contributions.
